Start pada esok, aku ingat nak start diet ngn workout balik sampai mencapai target aku. iaitu kembali kepada 70kg. So langkah2 yg ade dlm kepale aku adalah
Diet makanan :
Break1st: Roti Bakar + Tea O + Telur Separuh Masak
Lunch (ni part critical) : 2 pack of Oat Krunch
Dinner lak: klo kat umah masak, mkn kat umah, klo xmasak, xmkn. hahha
